Dana has worked in the field of marketing research for over 20 years, both on the supplier side and the user side. As the Marketing Research Director for Big Little Agency, Dana uses research to inspire or validate our strategic thinking. Her supplier side experience includes many years refining data collection techniques including telephone, mail and internet surveys, questionnaire design and focus group moderation. On the user side, Dana has extensive experience using research to support both strategic initiatives and sales efforts. Dana is well-versed in designing, collecting, analyzing and presenting research and its findings for all media outlets and many business categories. Dana believes that good research comes from a good partnership between customer and supplier. She started her career at Scarborough Research and then went on to become the Marketing Research Manager and Advertising Marketing Manager at Sun-Sentinel Company. Dana is a graduate of the University of Florida.
